Terms and Conditions for Karved by Kristin, LLC.

We provide a range of online personal training, nutrition coaching, and related services. These include:

·  Custom Plans: Tailored fitness and nutrition programs designed specifically for individual clients. Due to their personalized nature, these services are non-refundable except under extreme circumstances, as determined solely at our discretion.

·  Ready-Made Plans: Pre-designed fitness and nutrition programs available for instant download. These are final sale items and non-refundable once purchased or downloaded.

3. User Responsibilities

(a) Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering for services or purchasing products on our Site.

(b) Health Disclaimer

By using our services, you acknowledge that you are physically capable of participating in fitness or nutrition programs. You should consult your physician or healthcare provider before beginning any program offered by us. We are not responsible for any health issues that arise from participation.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Karved by Kristin, LLC.  or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the content without our written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Karved by Kristin, LLC. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site or services. Our total liability for any claims related to the Site or services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Karved by Kristin, LLC.,  its affiliates, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Site or services at any time for any reason, including if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware for corporate matters and the laws of the State of Missouri for business operations, without regard to their respective conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Callaway County, Missouri.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on our Site. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
