Ten years ago, I started my fitness journey overweight and facing serious health battles—lupus, kidney issues, surgeries, and a spinal fusion. As a busy mom of three, I know how hard it is to prioritize health when life gets in the way.
But I found strength in lifting, in consistency, in never giving up. Now, I help others take control of their health—because no matter where you’re starting, you’re capable of more than you think.
