I've been where you are.
And I found my way back through strength, consistency, and learning to show up for myself.
Hi, I'm Kristin.
I'm a 44-year-old mom of three, a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer, and a NASM-Certified Nutrition Coach. But before any of that, I was a woman who had completely lost herself.
In 2015, I picked up my first set of dumbbells, not because I had a plan, but because I needed something that was mine. I was exhausted, overweight, and dealing with health challenges that felt bigger than me. Lifting gave me a place to start.
The long way back.
Over the next several years, I lost over 75 pounds. I came back from multiple surgeries. I rebuilt my body and my confidence from the ground up, not through a crash diet or a 30-day challenge, but through the slow, unglamorous work of showing up consistently.
There were setbacks. There were months where I felt like I was starting over. But I kept going, and eventually I realized: this is the work. Not the highlight reel. The actual, imperfect, keep-going work.
That's what I want for you.
"Strength isn't something you find. It's something you build one session at a time."
Real food. Real life.
Nutrition coaching isn't about perfection: it's about building habits that actually fit your life. I eat real food, I meal prep, and I show my clients how to do the same without obsessing over every macro.
These are meals from my own kitchen. Nothing fancy. Just consistent, balanced eating that supports the work you're putting in at the gym.

My coaching philosophy
I don't believe in perfection. I believe in progress. My approach is built around three things: strength training that fits your actual schedule, nutrition guidance you can actually follow, and accountability that keeps you moving even when life gets in the way.
I work exclusively with women, busy moms, women navigating their 30s, 40s, and 50s, and women returning to fitness after time away. I know this season of life. I live it. And I know what it takes to build something that lasts inside it.
